ORDER: Most orders are shipped on the same day if received before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time or the following business day. Back orders will be shipped as soon as available. Please notify us if you want to cancel your back orders.

PAYMENT: We accept payments by credit card, money order, certified check, PayPal, wire transfer and Letter of Credit.

SHIPPING COST: If you want to know the shipping cost before you purchase, first select the item(s), click on “Add to Cart” and then “Check Out”. Enter your physical address, and choose UPS or USPS to find out different shipping option and cost. If you are not ready to place an order, do not enter your credit card information. Otherwise, proceed to submit your order. In case you should have further shipping cost inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

SHIPPING: We ship worldwide including the continental U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces, U.S. Virgin Islands and International Destinations. Most items are shipped by UPS. International orders may be shipped via USPS or common carriers at customer’s request to help save shipping cost. Certain specified large or heavy items such as herb cabinet, extractor & packing machine are charged by actual weight through trucking. Items shipped to the destination of California are subject to sales tax. It takes normally 5 business days for merchandise to get to the east coast; 1-2 days to the west coast and 3-4 days to the other areas. Expedited services are available at purchaser’s own option and expense. Please allow 3-5 days for express international delivery; and 7-10 days for priority delivery. It is important that you enter your address correctly, and double check it carefully. Even a minor error of suite No., Apt. No.; or street for avenue will cost at least $10.00. UPS charges the shipper up to $14.00 for each address correction. Unfortunately, we will charge you accordingly.

WARRANTY: UPC Medical Supplies, Inc. provides most products with 1 year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damages from mishandling, inadequate use, dropping or alterations. Please check products for detail.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE: All returns and exchanges must be kept in new condition and arranged by notifying us in advance. We’ll refund your original purchase price less 15% restocking fee and the actual shipping cost. No return or exchange is allowed after 30 days of your purchase. Certain items are not returnable upon opening such as software and books.

DAMAGE AND LOSS CLAIM: Please contact us in case of any damage or loss of merchandise at the time of delivery. Please do not discard the original box(es) from any damaged or loss shipment. Meanwhile file your claim with UPS or to other common carriers.
